User Terms

Welcome to Adicorn (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Adicorn’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform and tools built for Official WhatsApp API users (“Service”). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility You must: Be at least 18 years old. Have a valid WhatsApp Business Account approved for WhatsApp Cloud API / WhatsApp Business API. Provide accurate business information while registering. 2. Use of Service You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the WhatsApp API via Adicorn for: Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or misleading content Fraud, phishing, or impersonation Violating WhatsApp’s Commerce or Business Policies If WhatsApp bans or restricts your number due to misuse, Adicorn is not responsible. 3. Account & Security You’re responsible for: Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials All activities under your account Immediately informing us of unauthorized access Adicorn is not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials. 4. Fees & Payments Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan. WhatsApp conversation charges (as per Meta’s pricing) are billed separately. All payments are non-transferable. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. 5. Third-Party Integrations Adicorn integrates with WhatsApp (Meta). You acknowledge that: WhatsApp can change pricing, policy, or API behavior anytime. Adicorn is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms. 6. Data Handling & Privacy Any data processed on the platform is handled as per our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; we only process it to deliver our Service. 7. Service Availability We strive for 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or external outages may cause temporary downtime. 8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if: You violate these Terms Payment fails repeatedly Your WhatsApp account is banned by Meta You may cancel anytime as per the Cancellation Policy. 9. Limitation of Liability Adicorn is not liable for: Damages from WhatsApp number bans Loss of business revenue API downtime or message delivery delays Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 30 days. 10. Modifications We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
